Alexandra's opened her first business, Lop-Lop Design Inc. in 1994, partnering with her sister to create an embroidery design company. She was commissioned by many companies to design and digitize logos for uniforms, and also made her own designs for her children's clothing when they were young. Her mission was to fill a niche for affordable embroidered fabrics.
